Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: E 472b (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), E 477 (propylene glycol esters of fatty acids); SKIMMED MILK POWDER, raising agents: E 450 (diphosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates); table salt; thickener: E 412 (guar gum).

It couldn't be easier!
For the sponge cake you only need in addition:
- 40ml water
- 5 eggs (size M)
Whip all ingredients for 10 minutes with a mixer or in a stand mixer, and the batter is ready!
Bake for a sponge layer for 30 min at 200 degrees. Done 🥳
