Foreman Production & Warehouse Management (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

We regularly create new sprinkle mixes, which are mixed, produced, and labeled with dedication. For an efficient production process, batches are planned, best-before dates are set, and resources and capacities are used optimally. In addition, we need to ensure excellent quality for every mix and every filled tin. For all of this, we're looking for support - you!

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Shaping and actively supporting the operational production process (esp. staff briefings, quality control, and creating order documents and duty rosters)
• Process optimization & efficiency improvements across the entire production & warehouse area
• Warehouse & inventory management in the context of production-side scrap/exclusion quantity optimization
• Creating labels incl. batch planning
• Quality assurance during ongoing production, incl. implementation of hygiene guidelines
• Inventory of the sprinkle warehouse and maintaining stock changes in the IT system

• Experience in operational production & warehouse management in the food industry is a plus
