Strategic Production Management and Quality Management (m/f/d)

We, the team at the start-up Happy Sprinkles, are a young, growing company in the food industry with the mission of spreading joy worldwide with delicious, glittering, vibrant, and colorful sprinkles. Das erwartet dich:

We regularly create new sprinkle mixes, which are mixed, produced, and labeled with dedication. For an efficient production process, batches are planned, best-before dates are set, and resources and capacities are used optimally. In addition, we need to ensure excellent quality for every mix and every filled tin. For all of this, we're looking for support - you!

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Process optimization & efficiency improvements across the entire production area (incl. reducing scrap/exclusion quantities, planning demand-based pre-production, and input optimization)
• Cost-efficient capacity and volume planning for production
• Creating recipes & labels for our colorful sprinkle mixes, including determining nutritional values, best-before dates, batch numbers, and ingredient information
• Creating product specification documents
• Project work in close coordination with the purchasing and shipping departments
• Supporting the product development process

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Very precise and structured way of working
• Certified training in quality management
• Experience in production and capacity planning in the food industry is a plus
• Reliability, independence, and a sense of responsibility
