What awaits you:

You plan, design, and oversee a wide range of online marketing campaigns, focusing on email/newsletter marketing, an area in which you'll develop into an expert together with us. You never lose track of the big picture and stay in constant exchange with the rest of the marketing team.

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Conceptualize online marketing campaigns with a focus on newsletters and implement them operationally - take ownership of newsletter marketing from content and sequence planning to copywriting and media execution for our community
• Become the interdisciplinary interface for email/newsletter marketing within our marketing team and help develop topics and content across media for our large online campaigns.
• Champion the continuous improvement of our technical tools in this area
• Maintain and segment our distribution lists, develop and optimize email flows, and win new newsletter subscribers through your own campaigns
• Create an overarching rulebook for email marketing incl. content ideas, UX optimization, and process management

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Some initial experience in creating, optimizing, and monitoring newsletters (editorial) and emailings (promotional).
• Know-how with relevant apps and tools in email/newsletter marketing and enjoyment of digital work
• A knack for conversion and reach optimization and an eye for design and appealing, audience-focused communication
• Reliability, a digital mindset, initiative, and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Willingness and enjoyment in taking on responsibility and the ability to keep track even with complex projects
• You love what we do, are excited about our products, and want to revolutionize the baking world in a young, highly motivated team
• Required language skills: German and English
