HR Manager (m/f/d) part-time

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Supporting the creation and posting of job ads as well as
  application management
• Coordinating interviews
• Maintaining and growing our talent pool
• Helping implement recruiting strategies and employer branding measures
• Responsibility for payroll
• Collaboration with the tax and payroll office
• General administrative tasks in the HR area
• Actively helping shape company culture

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed training or degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or similar
• Experience in recruiting, labor law, and basic knowledge of
  payroll accounting are a plus
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and an independent
  way of working
• Enthusiasm for working with people and interest in HR topics
• Flexibility and a positive, open-minded personality
